Cwmgwrach were away to Pantyffynnon this week lookng for an improved performance and their first league win.

Cwm started well and put the pressure on the home side from the whistle.

Scrums were even, with a massive improvement from last week for Cwmgwrach. The forwards were more than holding their own and at half time the score was 3-3 with Luke Williams putting over a well deserved penalty.

The second half started well for Cwmgwrach with dominance in the pack, Robert Collins cleaned the home team out in the line with massive carries from Dean Davies and others.

In the last 10 minutes Pantyffynnon score 3 quick tries, all of which were converted.

For Cwmgwrach veteran centre Mark Williams crossed for a well earned try, converted by Luke Williams.

Final score was 30-10 to Pantyffynnon.
